Grades 4 through 8 Parents

If you have not yet submitted your current and complete email address to the school office, this is the way you receive notices of your Webgrade Reports when teachers of students in Grades 4 - 8 post your grades to the web. Webgrade Access is by username and password - you will be receiving your new 2007-08 Webgrade Login information the week of September 17, 2007.

Parents who have no access to email, can request to receive paper printouts from their students' teachers.

Grade Posting Policy / Schedule

Our school policy is that grades will always be posted on the first of the month covering the prior month's graded work. Each teacher keeps and posts their own gradebook, so not all grades will be updated on the same exact schedule between the monthly posting on the first day of each month to display the grades of work turned in and graded in the former month beginning October 1st. 

Some teachers may choose to update their grades more frequently, and before the October 1st start date, this is the teacher's choice.

You can always send a request to your child's teacher for a personal updated printout between online posting dates.

Help

If you have any technical problems accessing grades, please send an email to wgs @ stjustinschool.org  with your concerns and we'll respond  in a timely manner. The Webgrade server is not owned or operated by St. Justin School. We pay an annual fee to the service provider to post our gradebooks on their secure server.

The most frequent problems users experience while accessing their webgrade login:

1. A parent accidentally entered the username or password incorrectly from

their current machine and, then tried again, without clearing their browser cache.

2. A parent is trying to access webgrade using last year's username and password..

3. Check to make sure that the internet connection at your location is working properly.

All other specific questions / concerns about grades and scores  should be directed to the individual instructors via their email link on their gradebook page.

If you provide an accurate current email address to the school office - you can have grades emailed to you whenever the teacher posts updated grades.

If you need to have your student's login information Re-Emailed to the email address you filed in the School Office at the beginning of this school year, you can email your request to  schooloffice @ stjustinschool.org with the words WEBGRADE LOGIN in the subject line.

To prevent unauthorized users from requesting this confidential information we do not send it via email to any user who has not already completed their family information form with a valid and current email address. Any requests which do not match the email address  on file will be confirmed via a phone call.

Login Procedure

The Login page is available from any computer which is connected to the internet and has a current web browser
such as Firefox / Internet Explorer 6 / Netscape / Safari / Opera loaded.

Open your browser and point it to this address: http://www.eClassInfo.com/

Type the Last Name of your Student's Instructor  (example :   Wayne )

The next window displays your Instructors classes, click on the class name link

Enter the Student ID    (example :   12345 )
Enter the Studentís Password  (example :   867530 )
