Helping Hands is a group of interested middle school students whose main focus is serving the community. Past projects have included making blankets for the homeless, writing letters to veterans, and volunteering at the Bay Area Buddy Walk.
Seventh and eighth graders can learn technology skills and how to innovate for tomorrow’s workforce by participating in our STEAM club. Students use a LEGO Mindstorms robot, a New Matter 3-D Printer, and coding lessons from code.org to learn computer programming and design thinking. This group meets weekly at lunch.
