Clearing Your Browser Cache

Directions for How to clear your browser cache, when you cannot login to Webgrade
Windows PC Users: Internet Explorer
Open Internet Explorer
From the Toolbar Menu choose TOOLS, scroll down to Internet Options
Then choose DELETE from the middle of the popup window
and then press the APPLY button
Return to Webgrade and try to Login to your student's grades review screen.
Windows PC Users: Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox
From the Toolbar Menu choose TOOLS then choose OPTIONS
Then choose the PRIVACY TAB
Then choose CLEAR NOW and check all the boxes
and check all the boxes as shown above and choose Clear Private DataNow
Now press the OK button
Return to Webgrade and try to Login to your student's grades review screen.
Mac OSX Users: Internet Explorer
Open Internet Explorer
From the Toolbar Menu choose PREFERENCES
Then choose ADVANCED from the left and and choose EMPTY from the right and press OK
Return to Webgrade and try to Login to your student's grades review screen.
Mac OSX Users: Mozilla Firefox
Open Firefox
From the Toolbar Menu choose TOOLS
Then choose CLEAR PRIVATE DATA
and check all the boxes as shown below
After checking all the boxes - press the Blue CLEAR PRIVATE DATA button
Return to Webgrade and try to Login to your student's grades review screen.
Mac OSX Users: Safari
Open Safari
From the SAFARI MENU choose SAFARI
Then choose EMPTY CACHE
and press the blue EMPTY button.
Return to Webgrade and try to Login to your student's grades review screen.
